Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

USA - We offer Free Standard Ground Shipping & Handling on qualifying orders over $75! Your order will ship with Standard Ground Shipping unless you select an expedited alternative. We may ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sunday and federal holidays. 

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email. We ship orders to all US states and territories, as well as APO/FPO addresses. 

Your order must be received prior to 2:00 PM PST, or it will not be processed until the next business day. Ground orders typically ship from our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving the order. 

For Express and Next-Day Delivery Shipping, orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will not ship until the next business day. Please note that orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories cannot be expedited. 

Orders may ship in multiple packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

YES!, we can accommodate requests for return or exchange on unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on caifive.com. Please contact our Customer Service department by email with a detailed explanation for the return/exchange request. We will reply to all requests within 24 hours. 

Once your request is approved, we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form including a return shipping label for the return of the merchandise. Items must be returned to the appropriate CAIFIVE warehouse assigned in the RMA return label. Items must include the RMA form that was emailed to you. 

Please note that all merchandise issues (i.e., missing or damaged items/packages) must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date. If we properly receive your return within 30 days of delivery, we will credit your original form of payment. If it is received beyond 30 days, we can provide store credit that can be used with any future order. 

Other CAIFIVE merchandise purchased at independent locations and/or sporting goods stores must be returned to the location where it was originally purchased. Please contact the specific store for their return policy. 

CAIFIVE is not responsible for non-CAIFIVE items shipped back to us by mistake.
